v8.3.0 - Released - 2nd August 2022

Below are a list of release notes covering what is new and improved in this release. This was a larger update covering a variety of improvements, new features, security updates, and some bug fixes in Limecube.

Separator Colours

• Separators can now control individual spacing above and below the separator on an individual level rather than site wide.
• You can also now control:
  • width of separator
  • alignment of separator
  • thickness of separator

Button Element Colours

The Button Element now has the colour palette included, to give more flexibility around button colours, as well as improved consistency for when using the site wide colour pallete tool to change site colours.

Separator Element Colours

The Separator Element now has the colour palette included, to give more flexibility around separator colours, provide more interesting design, as well as improved consistency for when using the site wide colour pallete tool to change site colours.

Text colours

The visual text editor has had a new colour palette option added to it allowing for changing parts of text to a colour palette or custom colour variation to allow for more interesting use of text, especially around headings.

The visual editor toolbar has also been reorganised to provide a more logical user flow and makes it easier to use.

Banner Styles Improvements

Button styles have been moved into each banners element, to provide more flexibility over styling banners individually, but also allowing for consistency across banners. The additions have been:

1. The ability to choose different button styles
2. The ability to choose from a colour palette or use a custom colour.

In-page insert link function

We have completely re-built the way you insert links to a page, allowing a simpler interface, and including a search function to more easily find page you want to link to.

Box Element

Boxes have had their title function removed as this is no longer required.

Box carousel mode

The Box Element has a new feature that now allows for a carousel mode, which takes a series of boxes, places them into one row with arrows to control these sliding back and forth.

Integrations

New options have been added to the integrations element for:

1. Hubspot embedded forms
2. Mailchimp embedded and popup subscription forms.

AI Writer

The AI Writer has been improved, with additional training to provide better written results, as well as additional content sections.

Image element improvements - Shapes

The image element has new functionality to allow for adjusting the corners of images into different shapes.

This new feature provides the flexibility to adjust each corner individually and allows you to make some really interesting image shapes, without needing an image editor, and can give a much higher quality of design impact.
