Discover Limecube's latest release

Below is a list of release notes covering what is new and improved in this release. We're excited to announce the release of two completely new big AI features.

This release also brought even more improvements in training our underlying AI for better and more accurate results. This update also covered a variety of improvements, new features, security updates, and some bug fixes in Limecube.

AI Blog Generation

You can now write blog posts completely using AI. Not only will AI generate topic ideas for you, it will create your article structure and write your full blog post. But like anything AI related, we encourage you to check accuracy of what has been written, as well make tweaks to the article to give it your own flavour.

AI Chatbot

Another great feature in this latest release is the Limecube AI chatbot. The AI chatbot can be added onto your site, and trained off your own content to handle efficient customer support requests. It also  gives you a history of all chats, so you can better understand the types of questions your users are asking, and improve the chatbot responses through additional training and adding new content. General

• When creating a new AI assisted page, you'll now see additional AI based suggestions that will prefill all fields allowing faster page generation.
• The image element has been improved with quick access options directly from the image toolbar (left icon).
  
• When adding a button onto your page, it will automatically remember your last colour choices, making it faster to create buttons following the same style.
• The SEO manager meta tab now only shows options that are installed on your site.
• The file manager can now be access directly from the top admin menu bar, for general file management.
• The bookings plugin has had a new option added for the 'Setmore' booking plugin, and a 'Other engine' option for all other booking engines not listed here that provide a custom code.
• The SEO Dashboard has been given a facelift to include graphs for visualisation.

Sections image animation

A new option has been added to sections, to allow you to add a background image that can be animated. This allows for some cool and interesting effects to add more life to a page based on page movement. Where you already have a background image set, this will sit on top of your background image.

This can be located under section settings > 'Extra image'.

A/B Testing

We have added a new tool for those wanting to properly market their websites. The new A/B testing tool in Limecube is designed to help you determine which of two pages performs better from a marketing perspective. This is particularly useful for paid marketing campaigns, such as social media ads or Google Ads. Learn more here.

Menu (food and drink) Element

The food and drink Menu element has been given a full overhaul with the aim of improving user-friendliness. It is now much simpler to add and manage menu items.

Shop

We've added some new features to the shop:

• The ability to set a product as:
  • 'Sold out' - this still shows your product, just marked as sold and does not allow someone to add it to cart.
  • 'Out of stock' - this still shows your product, just marked as out of stock and does not allow someone to add it to cart.
  • 'Lock to single item' - this only allows someone to add a single product to their cart. Useful for when you are selling one-off items.
• Coupon discounts have been improved to show the value someone is saving on the cart, checkout and order emails.
